The coaching sessions helped me to have a different perspective on my health and life in totality. I was equipped with skills to overcome anxiety and stress, and most importantly to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
The programme was very helpful in assisting me to articulate my reasons for wanting to improve my health and wellbeing and also in giving me the motivation to stay disciplined.
